As marvelous as she looked in Zhivago or swinging that purse down the street in Billy Liar, it's always been that early role of hers in Young Cassidy where she looks so damn gorgeous that you think it's not possible that someone could be that, and this time the word is apropos and not just a cliche, luminous. Even I have little crushes on Julie Christie, Barbara Steele, Natalie Wood, Romy Schneider, Natalie Wood & Kim Novak and I don't like girls. They're all really beautiful, but I think their charisma and "star power" is what I find so appealing.
